Description

Digging, dividing, and storage are all part of the process for those of us in the bold north! Dividing down tubers and spotting viable eyes can be challenging. Figuring out the right storage medium, temperature, relative humidity for your storage space, all drive how you will individually store your tubers through the winter. 

Join me for a dig, divide and knowledge share. You will get hands on experience in all of this. Whether you are a first timer or a seasoned vet, we all benefit from knowledge share, and you will get to take home a few tubers.

Dates will be announced towards late September to early October as this is extremely weather dependent.
